EMPTY CONTAINER DEPOT / M&R
HCCR is one of the largest provider of empty depot services in the port of Hamburg. At our sites on the Altenwerder Damm 22, the Container Terminals Altenwerder, Buchardkai, Tollerort and at the Frucht- und Kühlzentrum we offer emergency repairs on loaded containers as well as the repair and cleaning of empty containers and special equipment.
Repair and qualifying Key aspect of our work on all sites is the repair and inspection of standard containers and special equipment, this includes inter alia:
Altenwerder Damm Our depot at the Altenwerder Damm 22 has 120 PTI power points, 10 washing bays as well as trimodal and terminal-adjoining storage areas for up to 12.000 TEU. The depot offers a 720m rail track with a direct link to one of the main rail racks to the Hamburger Hinterland and an exclusive access to the Container Terminal Buchardkai. The depot is our base for emergency services for full containers and reefers on the HHLA Container Terminal Burchardkai.
HHLA Container Terminal Altenwerder und Tollerort Our repair facilities at the HHLA Container Terminal Altenwerder and HHLA Container Terminal Tollerort have 150 PTI-power points. All facilities have sufficient washing and repair capacities and enable the use of the tri-modal terminal infrastructure for equipment transport.

- Repair of containers
- Cleaning of containers
- Repair, maintenance and inspection of cooling systems on reefers
- Pre-Trip-Inspections (PTI's)
- The storage of containers in the agreed cargo condition
